Llevamos un año buscando un local nuevo para hacer un restaurante? taberna? sake-bar? (no sabemos cómo definirlo sinceramente), mucho más pequeño y por fin, hemos encontrado nuestro siguiente hogar para seguir la nueva aventura. Por lo tanto, el día 31 de diciembre de 2025 será el último servicio, aquí en C./ Regàs 35 como URIBOU. 

El siguiente será más pequeño, más casual, más espontáneo y con otro concepto totalmente diferente. Cambiamos el nombre y no va a tener página web ni el correo electrónico (publicaciones de las actividades serán vía Instagram). 

Agradecemos todo el apoyo y la confianza que hemos recibido en los últimos casi 5 años. ¡Hasta pronto!

We have been looking for a new space for a year to open a restaurant? tavern? sake bar? (we honestly don't know how to define it), and we have finally found our next home to continue the new adventure.

Therefore, December 31st of 2025 will be our last service here at C./ Regàs 35 as URIBOU.  

The next one will be very small, more casual, more spontaneous, and with a completely different concept. We are going to change the name and will no longer have a website nor email address (activity posts will be via Instagram).

Thank you for all the support and trust we have received over the past almost 5 years. See you soon!

私たちはこの1年、新しいお店（レストラン？ビストロ？酒バル？）を開くための、もっと小さな店舗を探しておりまいした。ようやく新しく頑張れそうな場所を見つけることができましたので、2025年3月31日をもちまして、URIBOU最後の営業日とさせて頂きます。

次のお店は、さらに小さく、もっとカジュアルで流動的な、これまでと全く異なるコンセプトのお店にする予定です。名前も変更し、ホームページやメールアドレス等もなくなります（お知らせはInstagramにて）。
